Servicing and cleaning
Filters, coils and drain line cleared, gas pressure checked, the whole unit wiped down. The visit that stops the other five.
Air conditioning, looked after
Servicing, repair and installation for homes, offices and shops. Tell us what is wrong and a technician calls you back to fix a time.
Three boxes. We call you, usually within the hour on a working day.
What we do
Most of what goes wrong with an air conditioner is one of these. If yours is not on the list, ask anyway.
Filters, coils and drain line cleared, gas pressure checked, the whole unit wiped down. The visit that stops the other five.
Blowing but not cold, or cold for an hour then warm again. We find the cause before quoting, and tell you if a repair is not worth it.
Fan motors, capacitors, PCBs, thermostats, drainage. Common parts are on the van, so most repairs finish on the first visit.
Wall unit, ceiling cassette or a multi-split across several rooms. We size it for the room first, because an oversized unit costs more to run.
For a unit that smells, drips, or has not been opened in years. The coil comes out, gets washed properly, and goes back.
A fixed number of visits a year for a shop, office or restaurant, on a schedule, with one invoice. Priority when something breaks.
Where we work
Different rooms fail in different ways. A bedroom unit that runs all night is not the same job as a cafe that opens at seven.
Homes
Units that run every night collect dust fastest, and a blocked drain shows up as a wet wall before it shows up as a fault. We service the lot in one visit and leave the rooms as we found them.
Workplaces
A room full of people and screens needs more cooling than its floor area suggests, which is why one corner is always too warm. We measure the airflow rather than guess, and work outside your hours when you need us to.
Shops and cafes
Kitchens, grease and long opening hours are hard on a unit, and a breakdown at lunchtime is expensive. Contract customers go to the front of the queue, and we carry the parts these units usually need.
Our promise
A fifteen year old unit with a failed compressor is not worth a repair, and we will say so. It costs us a job today and saves you a second callout in March, which is the trade we would rather make.
Get a straight answerHow a visit works
The price is agreed before anybody opens a unit. If we cannot fix it on the day, you are not charged for the trip.
Either form on this page, or the phone. Warm air, a noise, a leak, a smell. Whatever you noticed is enough to start with.
Usually within the hour on a working day. We fix a slot and tell you what the visit costs before anybody sets off.
On site, with the covers off. You get the cause, the price, and an honest word on whether the unit is worth keeping.
Most jobs finish the same visit. Anything that needs an ordered part is booked in before we leave, with the date in writing.
What is included
The same technicians and the same checklist every time. The only difference is how often we come and what happens when something breaks.

What people say
Told me the compressor was going and that a repair would not last the year. Nobody else had said it. New unit in two days and the bedroom is cold again.
They come before we open, so the shop never loses a morning. Four years on the same contract now and we have had one breakdown.
Booked at ten, technician here by two, fixed by three. He showed me the blocked drain rather than just telling me about it.

Questions
Same day for most working day requests made before early afternoon, next morning otherwise. Contract customers go first when several jobs land at once.
You are told the price before the technician sets off, and again before any work starts. If we cannot fix the fault on the day, there is nothing to pay for the trip.
Twice a year for a home unit that runs most nights, four times for a kitchen or a shopfront. A unit used a few weeks a year can go longer, but not for years at a time.
We will tell you honestly on the day. As a rough guide, a repair that costs more than a third of a new unit on a system over ten years old is usually money spent twice.
Yes, by arrangement. Shops and offices are often easier to do before opening or after closing, and contract customers can book those slots as standard.
No. A phone number is enough. Leave the email blank and we will simply call you instead.
