“Unlimited” means fair use on the small tasks above: edits, images and fixes, as many as you send.

Questions about the money

Is there a setup fee?
No. We look at the site before the first month starts so we know what we are working with, and that look is included.
What counts as one content edit?
One change to one page. Ten corrections to the same page, sent in one message, is one edit, not ten. We are not looking for reasons to say no.
What does “unlimited” actually mean?
Fair use on small tasks: edits, images and small fixes, as many as you send. Anything large enough to be a project of its own gets its own fixed quote, agreed with you first.
What if I go over my allowance?
We tell you before doing the work, never after. You either approve a fixed price for the extra, or move up a plan for that month.
When does the turnaround clock start?
From the point we confirm the request, not the moment you send it. You get that confirmation the same day, so in practice the difference is hours, but it matters when a request arrives at 6pm on a Friday.
Can I change plan?
Up at any time, down at the end of a billing month.
Do unused pages or articles roll over?
On Managed, unused allowance carries into the following month. On Essential and Standard the allowance resets each month, which is what keeps those prices where they are.
